WE WANT YOU FULLY SATISFIED!

FOR RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or odors) with Majestic Missy tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at majesticmissycontact@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will provide information on where to send your package. Please fill out our return form, which is included in your package. If your package did not include a return form simply include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Majestic Missy does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer store credit which you can use towards a future purchase! Store credits do not expire.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 restrictions, exchanges are prohibited. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facilities. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.

DAMAGES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

Certain types of items can not be returned, including sale items, bodysuits, and swimwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
